No. Skillucate is independent. We are not StudentAid BC, the Government of British Columbia, the Government of Canada, or a school. Government student aid applications and information are available free from official sources and school financial-aid offices.

Do you guarantee that I'll get approved for funding?

No. We do not guarantee eligibility, approval, funding amounts, or processing timelines. Those decisions are made by official funding bodies. We provide independent guidance to help you understand options before you apply.

How much does the consultation cost?

The 30-minute consultation is currently free. Regular value is $149 — free for a limited time.

Why don't you ask for my SIN or full income upfront?

Accepted Answer

Because you should never have to share that with anyone other than official funding bodies and trusted institutions. Our funding review form is intentionally minimal: name, email, situation, and the help you're looking for. We don't ask for SIN, full income, government login credentials, or full date of birth at intake.

Will I have to give my phone number?

Do you submit my application for me?

No. We provide guidance only. Any applications or submissions to official funding sources are made by you. We do not submit information on your behalf, and we don't ever submit false information.
